The filter manufacturing process using Delta Robot is as follows:
►►Dry pressing process:
The dry press molding process is to dry the powder with an abrasive tool after the spray granulation process. After completion, the Delta SCARA industrial robot is used to transport the molded product to a fixed tray.
►►CNC machining process
For products that cannot be molded at one time, Delta industrial robots are used to transport the products to the CNC process. After the final compression is performed, the products are then transported to a fixed tray using Delta industrial robots.
After the dried product is SMT soldered and assembled, Delta industrial robots are selected to complete the soldering and board splitting, instead of using solder paste for reflow soldering, manual soldering and board splitting.
►►FM test procedure:
The final frequency modulation test or laser automatic debugging is carried out through network analysis, and the application of loading test and unloading swing plate is carried out through automatic equipment with Delta industrial robot.
►►Product identification shielding process:
For filters that are qualified for debugging, Delta industrial robots + vision systems can be used to post precise barcodes and shielding films.
►►Final test procedure:
For terminal testing, choose Delta vertical multi-joint industrial robots or SCARA industrial robots to complete the product testing with a vision system.
In the process of scanning barcodes and packaging and leaving the factory, Delta industrial robots are used instead of labor to complete the packaging requirements of fixed stations.
